ensure proper fit units are fabricated at time of ordering so please allow 4 to 6
weeks for delivery for orders placed between June 13, 2009 and September 1, 2009. After September 1, 2009 please
allow 2 weeks for delivery. Our product packaging has been I.S.T.A. certified to ensure The Feline Solarium arrives safely.
All units are insured in transit.
Warranty and Return Policy
Our
return policy is limited to products arriving damaged or incomplete at time of delivery. FS Designs Inc. upon receipt of damaged
unit or notification of missing parts will replace or supply upon inspection of returned merchandise. Damage occurring during
installation or use remains the responsibility of the purchaser.
FS Designs Inc. warrants assembly workmanship
for a period of 1 year under designed use and conditions, installed in complete compliance with all applicable instructions
and specifications.
Shipping costs for return of product delivered damaged will be paid by FS Designs Inc.
Shipping costs for product returned subsequent to initial delivery during the limited warranty period remains the responsibility
of the purchaser.
